How to remove the "sync errors" folder from the mail?

There is a mailbox on outlook.com
When a mailbox is connected to a client on iPhone ios 6.1.3, a whole tree of left folders is shown

How to hide all this stuff?

No way. These are mandatory server folders, they cannot be removed.
