UPDATING TO 4.3.16 SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
Created VM. It is repeated on any configurations.
On startup:

Went in and renamed $HOME/.VirtualBox/VirtualBox.xml-prev to $HOME/.VirtualBox/VirtualBox.xml .
went in and renamed $HOME/VirtualBox VMs/name/name.vbox-prev to $HOME/VirtualBox VMs/name/name.vbox .
I'm launching. The first time another mistake, and then again this one.
UPDATE : Removed the machine. created for linux, chose 256mb, 8gb dynamic disk. The same.
