How to access remote desktop on VirtualBox?

There is my working Ubuntu.
I have a physically remote Win 10 laptop running VirtualBox with Ubuntu.
1. How to get a graphical remote desktop from my working Ubuntu to a remote Ubuntu running under a virtual machine?
How to set up access, what software to use, what manipulations should a person who has access to a remote laptop perform in order to set everything up and give me access?
2. How to login to the same remote Ubuntu via ssh console? Are there any configuration features, if we are talking about a virtual machine?

It depends on how the network is configured on the virtual machine, if there is NAT, then forward the ports needed from the virtual machine, then ports on the gateway, if there is a transparent bridge, then forward only on the gateway

just recently solved a similar problem,
you need to install Xwing on your work machine where you go to see the Ubuntu graphics, then connect via putty selecting X11 forwaring and get the graphics, just by connecting via ssh you can get only the text
ps and yes of course, you can proceed to this after forwarding NAT ports to your remote machine.
