Why won't windows 7 pro virtual machine take IP from DHCP pfSens?

Host - MacBook Air, on it Virtualbox 4.3.26 network in bridge mode, on it Windows 7 Professional network connection takes IP automatically, home network WiFi router Asus RT-AC66U in router mode, working WiFi network D-Link DIR-300 in mode AP, and the pfSense 2.2.1 DHCP server
is the essence of the problem: at home, the virtual machine quietly takes an IP address from the router, refuses at work, takes it from the 169.254.0.0/16 range, while other devices at work (phones, tablets, laptops) take the address without problems
in the windows log found nothing
in the pfSense logs:
Apr 15 14:02:38 dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.6.203 to 08:00:27:6d:3b:10 via em2
Apr 15 14:02:38 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 08:00:27:6d:3b:10 via em2

There is a suspicion that the access point does not send a DHCP server response to the host machine. You can check this with tcpdump on the appropriate interface. In this case, you need to change the AP settings (in the Cisco world, the desired option is called passive client, see a similar question ).
Another option is that the DHCP server response does not reach the VM due to the features of Virtualbox (see the relevant topic ). In this case, you can try to convince the DHCP server to send a DHCP OFFER in broadcast mode.
In any case, as a palliative, you can either set static IP settings, or use NAT between the VM and the host machine.

As an option, check the connection type of the network adapter. Must be in Bridge mode (Network bridge) to the main network card.

Here it was decided to install updates through Windows Update.
