How to set up DHCP on an EoIP network?

Two networks, l2tp is raised between them, and eoip is in it.
Everything works fine, dhcp is issued by one network, and when there are failures, let's say with electricity, the second network falls.
Well, it turns out that everyone goes to the Internet through the first network, I would like the first network to go to the Internet through its gateway, the second network through its own.

The EoIP interface is usually added to the bridge to organize L2 access between remote networks, if this is your case, two DHCP servers are configured on both routers, you need to specify your bridge interface as the DHCP interface. The DHCP network must be the same on both routers, but the ranges (pool) of issuing addresses must be non-overlapping, included in the designated subnet. You also need to create a rule that blocks DHCP requests between remote networks, like this:
/interface bribge filter
add action=drop chain=forward comment="Drop DHCP requests over EoIP bridge" disabled=no in-interface=eoip-tunnel1 ip-protocol =udp mac-protocol=ip src-port=68
