Installing Kali Linux on VB. Error, how to fix?

Faced such a problem. When choosing an iso image, Kali to install in VB gives the following error:

This means that the virtualization capabilities at the hardware level are disabled.
VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED

It won't work in virtualbox.
