now they are no different, since designs now rely on users, thank God
1. Well, firstly, UX / UI should be understood by every designer, regardless of specialization.
Secondly, it seems to me that the difference is that the result of the work of a UX / UI designer will be mocks, user scenarios, characters, unlike an application designer who needs to give out a picture that will already become a layout.
2. I almost never saw real UX / UI, I doubt that it is in demand in our space. Unless only for large projects/companies. On the other hand, for UX / UI, it is important to understand the essence of the project, what tasks it solves, who the users are, what their pain is, etc. Need contact with the client, and future users. Accordingly, if you want to work for Western projects, you will have to learn English up to Upper Intermediate, at least, otherwise you will not be able to do your job well.
4. If you want your design to work - you must understand the capabilities of the platform you are designing for.
