What is the difference between srgb and ntsc color space?

I read the characteristics of monitors and there they all have different descriptions
HP Pavilion Gaming 17 laptop - 100% sRGB screen
HP Pavilion Gaming 17 laptop - 45% NTSC screen
HP OMEN 15 laptop - 72% NTSC screen

Why are there different descriptions of srgb or ntsc everywhere and what is their difference ?
A laptop with a 45% NTSC screen is 20K more expensive than a laptop with a 100% sRGB screen

sRGB is the color space that websites and applications are designed for.
NTSC is just a much wider color space, almost like Adobe RGB. May be useful for designers to edit images for printing.
