What is the difference between RAM with a subscript U and the same but with a subscript UGO?

A friend needs to add RAM, he has an amd radeon R538G1601u1S-UgO. We decided to take the same one, but they are very old, and I found R538G1601U1S-U. What is the difference? And can they work together?
