What is the difference between Haswell 2013 and 2014 CPUs?

I can not find any figures for the performance of Intel Haswell i5 mobile processors for 2013 and 2014. The former have a frequency of 1.3-2.6, the latter 1.4-2.7. What is the increase? 7%? 25%? The real increase in productivity is not clear.
The fact is that now they are going (according to rumors) to release new MacBook Air, which will only have a CPU among the differences, and I think whether it is worth waiting a month and overpaying for them a little or just take the one that is now.

a new percentage is always a decrease in TPD and an increase in frequency, there may also be another process, I think that you need to buy with a new CPU imho

There, all the same, the main point is in heat generation and energy consumption, and not in the race for speed.
If your question is only about performance, then you can safely take it.
