Should I buy used processors for a server from ali or ebay?

Good afternoon. A year ago I assembled for myself and a close friend a server based on SUPERMICRO MBD-X9DRL-IF-B (two slots for processors) and one INTEL Xeon E5-2620 v2 2.1GHz with the idea that in a year I would buy more memory and a second processor.
So a year has passed, I'm already thinking about buying an E5-2620 v2, and then a friend throws intel that a lot of cheap xeons have appeared on ebay and Ali, for example, e5-2670, but the first generation.
Comparison on intel.com
Now I’m thinking whether to take
1) E5-2620 v2 second (almost 30,000 r)
2) E5-2670 second (almost 5,000 r)
3) E5-2670 two at once (almost 10,000 r), and the old one to sell
What kind of rake can you expect, well, except that the percent is dead.
Memory no more than 128 GB, spin sql and 1C

I bought an old Xeon 771 socket soldered to 775, the flight is normal. But in a home computer, not in commercial operation.

In principle, if the CPU has worked for more than a year, there is almost a 100% chance that it will work for another 10 (for a CPU, this is an eternity).
A couple of years ago they brought a board from the middle of the 90s with memory, found a processor in a box with technological garbage, installed it, turned it on - it works
