Did the video card burn out?

Hello, I have an AMD Radeon™ HD 8670 + r7 240 dual graphics card, I watched a video and at some point the monitor went black (turned black) rebooted the PC into security mode disabled 2 drivers rebooted into normal mode everything went well, then turned on the AMD Radeon HD 8670 driver + R7 200 Dual Graphics (there are two in total 1 - AMD Radeon HD 8670 2 - AMD Radeon HD 8670 + R7 200 Dual Graphics), everything worked again after turning on 1 driver i.e. AMD Radeon HD 8670 and again a black monitor ... Not I understand it was covered with a video card or what?
If you start the driver installer, it will also display a black screen

According to this description, it shouldn't. Rather, they messed up with the drivers.
How does it work in the BIOS, before the system boots (before the greeting)?
How does it work on LifeCD?
What tests were done and what do they show?
