What is the current image viewer for Win10 in 2019?

Before win7 I used ACDSee
. In win7, there was a standard viewer of the norms.
In Win10, the standard image viewer is buggy (blurs small images, tips from the Internet did not help).
What program to use to open on double click for viewing (standard formats plus psd)?
Acdsee is some kind of overkill.

Correct one branch of the registry and see the standard viewer, which was in win7

I have been using FastStone Image Viewer for a long time , it supports a lot of formats.

xnView, the classic version of the windows viewer (but there is no PSD - but it seems to be solved by a plugin)
