How to get rid of bugs in Thunderbird 91.3.0?

Greetings!

When upgrading to Thunderbird version 91.3.0, some incoming messages (and previously saved ones) are displayed incorrectly - messages get gibberish in the message text.

We know that emails arrive in ISO-8859-1 format. Changing the settings in the program, such as:
mailnews.view_default_charset
prefs.converted-to-utf8

and also
did not help.

Please suggest how to overcome this problem.
