What is the correct way to configure XenServer for use with different disks?

There is a simple server, it has a 3TB HDD and a 120GB SSD.
During installation, you could choose both as a storage system, but after installing "Local Storage" it seems to be only 220GB (Apparently, he drove these disks into the raid with sizes on a smaller disk).
Actually the question is - How to set everything up correctly: As 2 independent storages, or even one can be made of them (Ideally, so that the SSD acts as a cache, since LVM allows this, and it is on it that everything spins)

Xenserver can only work with single disks or with a hardware controller, it certainly could not assemble a raid from two different disks on its own.
