What is the Cisco configuration software?

Hello. I tried to find, but did not find a program for configuring Cisco. I watched a video on YouTube, which I then safely lost, where a man talks about how to set up Cisco.
First, it connects via an interface, directly to the device.
Then he sticks, sort of like a switch, into the network. He launches the program, it searches the network for Cisco devices, displays a window, he enters authorization data, then he can control the device to a limited extent.
This is exactly what is needed - to contact the switch located on the network to which there is a login-password, but there are no other connection options. So I'm looking for the name of this program.

To connect to a CISCO virtual terminal, you can use regular telnet (in Win7 it is delivered via "Turn Windows features on or off" -> Telnet client), but PuTTY is much more convenient and can do a lot of useful things, including SSH www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~ sgtatham/putty/download...

If there is one, then it is paid (Cisco has everything paid, especially if it is proprietary). As mentioned earlier, Cisco Network Assistant, one of these programs and that's right, there is one of the CDP protocols. If I'm not mistaken, there is currently a product called Cisco Prime Infrastructure. It allows you to set up large networks from a single node.
