How to conduct a radio survey when building a WIFI (Wireless site survey)?

Hello everyone,
I am now choosing a toolkit for conducting a radio survey of WIFI networks.
We have the following task - in the next few months we need to decide on the necessary set of software and tools in order to conduct a radio survey both when upgrading existing wireless networks, and when building from scratch.
If everything is more or less clear with the courses (LANIT: designing Cisco wireless networks), then there are three options for equipment:
1) Ekahau Site Survey (ESS-PRM-9X kit);
2) OptiView XG (I understand that this is a former Fluke).
3) https://www.hiveradar.com/wssk/ (kit).
In the first two cases, you need to collect an access point, power, and so on.
In the third option, everything is already provided.
From Wishlist:
1) The ability to create 3D maps (it will be useful when examining existing networks);
2) Ability to work with different manufacturers of access points (not only Cisco);
For the cost of the solution, there is no upper bar yet.
I would like to understand whether I have taken everything into account, as well as what are the pros and cons of this or that option.
I would be very grateful if someone shares their experience.

On Wednesday, August 15, a representative of the supplier of the first two options (and the third) will arrive to conduct a demonstration.
For prices, the spread is as follows:
1. Around $ 8k. (for solution with two whistles)
2. Around $40k.
