What is the best wire/adapter to connect a monitor to a Macbook?
Hello. Available:
1) Acer Nitro VG270UPbmiipx monitor with it comes with a DisplayPort wire (I don’t know the quality, but I heard a version that monitors usually come with bad cables).
2) MacBook Pro 13 with TouchBar, 2020 (4 Thunderbolt3 ports)
3
) Satechi Type-C Multi-Port Adapter 4K with Ethernet (but there is only mini DisplayPort and HDMI)
144Hz etc)?
In stores in my city I did not find a Type-C to DisplayPort cable at all. On the Internet, from what I have found so far, only this: VCOM Type-C to DisplayPort cableso that you can connect directly to the macbook. According to reviews, it seems not bad (if not wound of course). Who faced? Are there any famous brands?
Or is it better to take a DisplayPort to mini DisplayPort wire and connect through my Satechi adapter?

There are only two different options - "Type C adapter", like your sateshi, and "Thunderbolt adapter", like Belkin Thunderbolt 3 dock.
the simplest thing is to try with a miniDP - DP cable, if it doesn’t give 144Hz, then just look for a real TB / USB4 docking station
You will have the maximum quality through TYPE-C -> DP, while making sure that the wire passes 144 hertz.
Sateshi, though good, can be a fiasco.
