What is the best webinar hosting service?
Recently, due to the type of activity, it became necessary to conduct our own webinars. Naturally, the question immediately arises about the platform on which to do this.
Eyes run wide, there are dozens of offers and everyone just screams about their advantages.
I decided to make an approximate list of requirements from the resource:
1. Low price (limited budget)
2. Work from the browser, without additional. programs (the audience is quite wide and support for various browsers is important)
3. Broadcasting both videos and presentations, as well as documents and videos from youtube
4.
Support for about 200 participants at the same time, and further expansion to 400-500
presenters (the audience is large, so it is important to provide high-quality information)
6. Preferably something like a webinar catalog so that you can attract new visitors from outside.
7. Discounts when paying in bulk (the service is needed for the future, so discounts will not be superfluous)
As a result, monsters like myownconference and webinar.ru immediately disappeared due to the price, solutions based on google hangouts and other free platforms, too, but limitations of functionality and additional programs.
I can single out only a few services:
1. Ruweber.ru
A new service that hasn't really appeared anywhere yet.
It has only one minus, and even that is not critical - the service has not yet recommended itself.
And so it meets all seven requirements - from low prices and discounts for different payment periods, wide functionality inside the room, to the presence of a yet undeveloped, but quite efficient catalog. Support for up to 500 participants is quite good.
2. Webinar.fm
The service has been known for a long time, good functionality and there are discounts when paying, but unfortunately only for a year, which is too much. There is no catalog, but it is possible to hold autowebinars. For me, this feature is not valuable, but worth mentioning. Supports up to 1000 members, which is great, but still too much for me.
3. Webinar.tw
The service is a little newer, the functionality is very similar to the ruweber, but the prices are correspondingly a little higher and there are no discounts for "wholesale". Also, there is no catalogue. It also supports up to 1000 participants.
All services have a free period, which allowed me to draw certain conclusions.
In a word, I am in thought - on the one hand, everything points to ruweber and most likely I will choose it. But I want to ask for advice - are there any more optimal services in terms of price / quality ratio?

I wanted to advise webinar.tv, because I use it myself, but having delved into the detailed question (by the way, thanks for it, you don’t often see such a one here), I realized that if you do not take into account the novelty of the service, that for a webinar platform is not such a minus, but rather a plus - because in order to attract customers, they usually arrange all sorts of pleasant promotions and give discounts. Therefore, I myself will review my service and most likely switch to a ruweber, because the functionality is very close, but the price is lower and there are additional features, such as a webinar catalog.
So you yourself answered your own question - ruweber is quite a good option for yourself, you are unlikely to find something more suitable for you.
Virtual room in the cloud with pay-as-you-go (turn it on only for the duration of the webinar, then delete it) + bigbluebutton
I use a service like https://clickmeeting.com/ru. I have an annual subscription, but the fee is monthly and I pay $25 per month for the opportunity to host webinars for a maximum of 25 participants. Of course, at the moment I don’t hold large webinars, so according to the tariff plan, clickmeeting is more profitable for me than ruweber. a webinar for 30 participants on ruweber costs 2,000 rubles a month, while clickmeeting costs about 1,600, but for 25 participants. but still, a big advantage for me is the ability to integrate with Facebook, YouTube, HubSpot, Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as a whiteboard (with which you can either draw or write together with the participants, thereby effectively conveying your thoughts), online conferences and mobile application from clickmeeting, which can be installed from Google play market and AppStore
