There is no need for such programs. Don't use them.

not from memory but from autorun
The best application that exists (do not use garbage) is Microsoft 's official sysinternals autoruns (I think it's a conspiracy that the package of these applications from sysinternails bought by Microsoft is not installed in Windows by default, this can only be so out of bad intentions).
It is enough to delete everything unnecessary in the logons tab (usually there are only a couple of applications - a mixer from the driver, and you may need a utility from the manufacturer of the video card driver)
There are also system services and task scheduler tasks, there are also a lot of things you can disable.
On win10, you can save about 200mb without affecting the functionality, and if you dig more seriously, then a couple of hundred more, but then system applications will begin to suffer (I saw a neutered windows server installation running at 512mb, without an explorer, nothing was running there at all - stupid console, though to run the most common applications it required something to install, download, etc. but as a result, the cost of a month of rent was 300r, which is a record for windows)

Recommend a program to clean up RAM.
To advise programs of this kind is a crime against the user!
but no ads and free
I could be wrong, but such programs always have ads built into them. This is what they earn.
i__egor , I consider it my duty to try to dissuade you from using such programs "optimizers". They do not carry any real functionality useful for the system, which would justify their existence as a whole. Their main task is to satisfy the myths that were created by the manufacturers of such software. Along the way, of course, selling embedded advertising.
To the point:you have too much memory used at system startup. If you have Win 10, then at startup it "eats" within 1.5 - 2.0 GB and this is the norm (I now also have 8 GB of RAM and the system itself always consumes memory within these limits). Most likely, you really just need to manually "clean" the startup list using, for example, the Autoruns for Windows program, and your problem will be solved.
