Well, I think the essence is clear to a greater extent, but I will try to clarify.
You need something like this with the following structure:
Client - projects from this client (it is desirable that many can be entered) - prepayment - full cost - comment. It is desirable that it was possible to mark the status of the project with a color there (finished or in progress).
It would be desirable not strongly difficult on perception. Thank you all in advance.
PS Oh yes, the program is needed for mac os. Online I would not like to spread such things.

Redmine + modules. If something is missing, the project is open, you can add it for yourself
If the online option is not suitable, deploy it on your machine in docker or on a virtual box
