Is it worth registering a freelancer LLC or IP?

I'm still working for a hired company, but I have a desire to become a private specialist and offer my services in creating / promoting websites in my city.
Naturally, it is supposed to work with legal entities directly, and not through a freelance exchange.
Is it worth registering officially in this case, or is it possible to do without?
I just know that most companies work on a cashless basis, plus you still need some kind of paper, such as an act of work performed and so on.
In general, who is already working according to this scheme, tell us about your experience.

Strictly speaking, your freelance activities are articles 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation at least.
Most legal entities will not work with a physicist under an employment contract, because this entails deductions to the pension and so on. Accordingly, either a legal entity and a bank transfer, or an individual, black cash, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
I recommend registering a legal entity, it is not expensive.
The differences between individual entrepreneurs and LLCs are simple and understandable: an individual entrepreneur pays less taxes for withdrawing to cash (6% versus 6 + 9 for an LLC), an individual entrepreneur has a slightly cheaper bookkeeping and a slightly cheaper opening. But at the same time, in the event of a conflict situation under the contract (for example, you fell into a forfeit), the individual entrepreneur is responsible for all property (car, apartment, etc.) and LLC - only with the authorized capital (10,000 r)

171 articles about major damage and the lack of licenses have little to do with a freelancer, unless of course you do not screw it up hard.
In general, if you didn’t mess up, just worked well and didn’t register a company, then you should be fined 2500 rubles
198 article also does not apply to freelancers if he pays taxes.
in general, not everything is so dramatic, unfortunately, the management of the company and other goodies in the rush are made very sadly, there is no electronic document management, there is a lot of red tape and other things.
in general, I always advise you to just start as an individual paying taxes once a year according to the declaration (thank God, you can finally submit it electronically), and if you go to register an LLC or an individual entrepreneur and learn all the delights of the Russian bureaucracy (damn our government).
All the same, according to statistics, out of 50 freelancers, only one has been working for more than two years.

Opening a legal entity is inexpensive, but closing it is a chore. If a person has never been engaged in entrepreneurial activity, then it is better to practice at the IP. If the case does not go well, it will be much easier and cheaper to close it.

At first, I would not take a steam bath and start working like this, and when clients appear and begin to demand it, then open an individual entrepreneur (it is much easier to maintain than an LLC) - this is not done for long. Details at micropreneur.ru/nuzhno-li-otkry-vat-ip-ili-ooo
