Do you need a wallet for your bank card?

If you were offered to use a truly unique wallet that allows you to make transactions with your bank card outside of Internet banking, and that preserves the anonymity of transactions, would you use it? if not, why not?

Trust your bank card details to some vague start-up? Probably not. There are enough payment systems with their wallets in this world.
It seems to me that in a number of countries it is illegal, or legal but for small amounts. What country are you and your startup from?

If it is one single tool affiliated with my bank/banks, not an offshore, adequate legal entity available, my bank will guarantee data security "like at home", and the list of features and services will be very impressive - and this is just the beginning of the list of important questions for the service - Then maybe I'll look into it. But my opinion is a little distorted - although I am a lover of advanced digital technologies and ready to use such things, Internet banking from my bank already provides such an impressive list of features that a third-party tool needs to try very hard.

Yes, but on the condition that it will be part of a bank (a la authorization in Privat24 through a selfie at PrivatBank), which has survived at least 1 financial crisis.
