Where to host your non-open source program?

Probably a stupid question, but still: are there sites where you can host your non-open source program, so that users have a place to leave their suggestions, feedback, found errors, etc.? A sort of analogue of GitHub, but for non-open source. I do not want to cut a separate site.

So put it on github, but without posting the code.
But only binaries, changelog, documentation, wiki, etc.
What is the problem I don't understand?

And who prevents you from using GitHub as a bug tracker, and keeping the code elsewhere?

@Vityarik

bitbucket is for managing sources (if we talk about a private project)
softportal.com and other similar sites - you can upload an installer and watch reviews
, you can also consider windows store

github costs more than a VPN :) It's a service charge.
So I just use bitbucket.
