We are going to start working with OZONE, but .. the main issue is unloading.
It is unrealistic to set up the API, the only thing left is the option of uploading in XLS format according to their templates in a subgroup ...
Perhaps it is possible to somehow optimize the process in uploading from Bitrix or from 1C?
I understand that it is beyond fantasy to fully unload according to a given template, but ... At least for several columns? or automate the unloading of the position title with an attached link to the product image from Bitrix?

API setup is unrealistic

Is quite real.
You can prepare an XML file with data in your 1C or on your website (as for Yandex Market).
And this solution will help you synchronize it with Ozone: IR XML2Ozon .
It is checked up by stable work in several large companies.
If there is a difficulty with preparing XML, it can also be solved.

At first I thought that there were some prohibitive difficulties and even asked a question and went to look at the docks ...
A cursory study shows that JSON APIs are common. It is done on the knee in a few hours (several can be from units to tens, depending on the structure of the database).
I see only one piece of advice here - take it and do it. Or maybe I don't understand something?
