Using the standard bitrix:search.page component, I set the Max query and the search does not return goods like maxx, maxxis . Tell me, is it possible to fix this or will I have to move to sphinx? Re-indexing was done.

With the correct installation of Bitrix, the search will work through Sphinx (for a second).
In order to be able to search by infoblock elements, you need to enable element indexing in the settings of this infoblock. Then re-index.
