What is the best way to typeset a glossy magazine (192 pages)?

Hello. There was a coven for the layout of the magazine in 192 pages. Previously, I typed up magazines of 20 pages or less, I did it in Adobe Illustrator (layout), Adobe Photoshop (pictures and editing).
I would like to ask if anyone can advise something better for such a magazine.
Thanks in advance.

In addition to the above, I recommend reading "Adobe InDesign CS5. Official training course" literally from the first pages, you will understand why it is more convenient to do multi-page projects in indiz.

And magazines of 20 pages, also best done in InDesign, together with Photoshop and Illustrator
