What is the best way to send a video commercial offer to a client?

hello,
I want to send a screen capture recording to some clients, which I will voice, immediately showing some features of the offer and doing some stuff with the site, diluting it with blank slides.
What is the best way to do this? Taking into account the fact that 50% of such a video will be according to the template, and the other half will be individual each time.
I see such an algorithm: first I write down and voice what is unchanged. Then, when sending each new proposal, I write down unique things that are related to the client’s project, then I compile it into a single video in some video editor, upload it to video hosting, and send the link.
questions:
1) What simple video editor to choose for win, where, in addition to gluing, you can diversify the video with some inserts like bloggers have?
2) Does YouTube, with its closed videos and accessible only by link, solve the privacy issue?
3) How to speed up builds? So far, I only see by default every time I open the template in the video editor and upload the footage there, saving it as a new video

2) Everyone who will be given a link will have access :)
3) Write your own software, but better than a video editor, I don’t think much will help, unique moments will still arise. There is an option to add an html page, where its javascript player will play one video up to a certain timing, and continue another video, and thus insert inserts. But if the user wants to save the video, he will not get what he expected.
