I repaired the same with nuts with bolts and washers more. The view is spoiled, but it holds more reliably than new ones.

There was a similar problem. I crumbled the plastic base of the hinges. I solved with quick dry superglue and epoxy and also lightened the tightness of the hinges. There are no more problems. Perhaps my experience will help you .

As I understand it, there are two cage nuts that attach the hinge itself to the matrix cover and a third nut for the screw that goes through the bezel and the hinge. According to the mind, a new matrix cover is needed. If collective farming, then degrease the cover, hinge, nuts, screws, bezel. Fill the seat with bauxite and collect this whole sandwich. And look for a new cover.
