What is the best way to recover a deleted Word document?

Hello!
Let me ask you a simple, and, for someone, a primitive question.
The situation is this - there was a printed Word 2013 document, I thought that I dumped it on a USB flash drive, but it turned out that it wasn’t.
The file itself from the computer (Windows 10) I deleted through the trash.
Tell me, is there any optimal way to quickly restore this file?
Any optimal good program for recovery?! Is Hetman Office Recovery good?
Thank you!

Try to restore with any utility you find, but there are not many chances, because. after deleting a file, the sectors used by it on the HDD may be overwritten during any recording to the disk. The larger the file size, the less chance of recovery.
To increase the chances of recovery, you should have immediately after deleting the file, forcibly turn off the computer and not turn it on again. Move the HDD to another computer with a second disk and try to recover from it. In this case, it is better to boot not from the Windows installed on the computer, but from any bootable media. All this is necessary to prevent overwriting of the sectors occupied by the file.
