How to recover microsd flash drive?

Good afternoon.
It all started with the swift keyboard application hanging on the phone. I rebooted the phone, a message appeared stating that the flash drive was damaged and a suggestion to format it.
The phone turned off, inserted into the laptop via microsd -> sd adapter. Not defined. But the sound indicating that the device is connected sounds.
Programs r-studio, active @ recovery and others also do not see the flash drive.
And there are quite a lot of pictures on it, which are a pity to lose ...
Tell me, please, what other options are there to save the data?

The problem was solved by inserting the flash drive into the internal card reader (3.5") of the computer.
The files were successfully downloaded :)

It looks like the flash drive controller itself is broken. I think only service.
