Here is the question, what is better for an employer and freelancing an account in the play market or in the apple store, or an account on github (I don’t have $ 125 about acquiring an account)?

A non-techie customer will prefer to see screenshots in the app store, a techie customer will prefer to look at your code.

Better either way... As written above, it depends on the customer or employer... My applications are simply found on Google Play and then they contact me about developing similar ones. Plus, I made a small presentation in pdf for special "bosses" ... :)
