Should I make a portfolio on tumblr.com?

I want to make a portfolio for job search there, because the site is too complicated. And it became interesting, but is there a prospect through it to look for orders in the future or is it not indexed. Does anyone know a better place to post a portfolio? I know that you can on dribbble or behance but you need an invite =(

A portfolio by itself will not bring you orders.
A portfolio is just a link that you can send to a potential client so that he can conveniently see key works and contacts.

tumblr is well indexed. Experienced verified!
It was tied to a domain and googled well on the required request. Convenient in that you can fasten your design (if you are familiar with html)

I love Tumblr. It’s quite easy to cut custom themes for it, collect followers. Plus - works on reblogs are pulled away. Why not promotion?
