S-VIDEO 7pin aka S-VHS is one of the best analog signals for connecting to TV. has on board both composite CVBS (yellow tulip) and component YPB (green blue red tulip) which is the highest quality for TV. SCART is compatible with both, you just need to find or solder an adapter, most video cards included S-VHS - RCA, S-VIDEO adapters.
Well, except for S-Video - SCART there are no other options. There are special HDMI (DVI) to S-Video converters, but this is an expensive exotic and in the end we get the same S-Video
