What is the best way to organize wireless communication at a height of 3 meters and obstacles in the visibility zone?

Good afternoon!
There are 2 warehouses in direct line of sight, at a distance of 420 meters. (+- 20m), but on the way there are edges of trees, bushes. The height where you can hang something is 3.5-4 meters, the living block of a foreign organization is higher, they won’t let you hang anything, they found out.
Is it possible to organize a wireless, stable connection of at least 250 megabits?
The network will be heavily loaded with traffic, and stably 24/7, as the network will go further through the warehouses and unite the departmental servers.
Snow, rain will interfere as I understand it?
What can you recommend technically?
I appeal because I have no experience in wireless directional network connections.
There are two Mikrotik routers with PoE. Need good advice on antennas. There are a lot of reviews on Google, but few solutions in practice. What did you use?

but on the way there are edges of trees, bushes.

In the summer, in rain and fog, there will be no reliable connection.
It is better to agree on the laying of optics. It is possible to share with other owners and fumble the fibers. 500m of optics with cross-countries and welding will be cheaper, faster and more reliable than radio bridges

Wi-Fi devices are in principle allowed to work only with non-directional whip antennas, the use of directional antennas requires communication with radio surveillance.
but if they don't get caught then don't care.
any suitable geometry with the highest gain and a suitable connection connector.
the distance is small, it will most likely work, but the exact answer "will it work or not" will be given only by professional companies after field measurements :-/

There is only one answer: if you need a speed of more than 25 Mb / s and a stability of more than 50%, then only optics.
In WIFI, stability is not provided by definition, because. there is only one air for everyone, yes there are technologies that allow to increase stability / performance, but only a closed transmission medium gives a 100% guarantee.
Stable and powerful equipment for street directional WIFI belongs to the operator class, and there will be much more bureaucracy with radio supervision than with the owner of the territory on the issue of cable laying.
