What is the best way to make a business card website + blog for a developer?

I am a web developer. I decided to make myself a business card site with a blog. By all criteria, WordPress is perfect for this - fast and convenient. In this regard, the question arose, is it normal that a developer's personal website is not written independently, but with the help of a CMS?
