What is the best way to do bulk redirects?

There is an old site, there is a new site, links do not follow the pattern as much as possible. There is a url-to-url redirect map, ~3000 urls.
There are no alternatives, the task is to redirect on the map.
What is the best/adequate way to choose here?

Embed extra. middleware and connect a card to it?
Giant htaccess the old fashioned way?
...?

Suggest the least painful option for this case.

I would register redirects directly in the router of the old site, and upload the addresses themselves to the database for faster search and comparison.
