PhpStorm - git doesn't commit files inside the extension folder, what's with the strange file status incomprehensible files?

Good afternoon!
There is an extension folder in the vendor yii folder that needs to be tracked in version control. I wrote in .gitignore:
/vendor/*
!/vendor/{folder}/
!/vendor/{folder}/*
The folder was removed from the excluded ones, the color changed in the PhpStorm explorer. But the changes are still not fixed in the extension folder:
1. When editing, in PhpStorm, the file name changes to blue, that is, it shows that the file has changed, but disappears when saving and does not see these files when committing
2. Two files or folders hang, with fatal error, but when you commit, they still appear again, I attach the screen:

You can also make arrows using css css.yoksel.ru/strelki-s-pomoshh-yu-svojstva-border as yellow, very similar. Maybe on your layout the arrow is also png? Or even a mouse, an arrow and letters, and the fact that they are deployed, so there can be several images.

Ideally, both the mouse and the arrow - svg. And the text too, as it seems that according to the designer's idea, it should "shimmer". But it looks bad, I'm not sure. If there is no svg in the layout, then cut both pictures separately png. Write the text separately. And rotate - what's the problem with rotating the image using css, through the same transform: rotate?

Good morning.
Clear cache git.
git rm -r --cached ./your_folder
