What is the best way to copyright a text?

Greetings!
Please help me figure out how best to fix the fact of authorship of a text on the Internet? What do I need to do so that I can prove copyright in court?
As I understand it, in any case, the text needs to be fixed somewhere so that the date stands ... maybe something else. I don't know what or where.
1. Should the text be 100% unique or is some of the text non-unique allowed? All the same, it will not work to unify the names, or short sentences.
2. On text.ru there is a function "Fixing text". Will it carry weight in the proof? Again, if there are many names or references to other materials in the text, then 100% of the uniqueness of the text cannot be obtained.
3. Does the text need to be notarized?
The purpose of all this is the following. If someone "steals" (copies) all or part of the text, then I could write a complaint to the site owner and hoster. But even at the stage of writing a complaint, evidence is needed ... Well, then, perhaps through the court, to prove the rights - again, evidence will be needed. Here is the snag in the design of the evidence.
Thank you!

Lol, what makes you think that someone needs your texts? You are tormented by hosters to run.
On the topic: the problem of proving the authorship of texts has long been known and simply sucked to the bone. If you asked Google, you wouldn't have to write this sheet.
Seriously.

Evidence that the authorship of the text belongs to you can be obtained in several ways. I remember a few:
- send yourself a letter, which, upon receipt, do not open. The stamp on the envelope will confirm the creation date.
- use a special web resource. You send a document there, and if necessary, they provide a document about your authorship.
Regarding the suppression of cases of using objects of your copyright. Decisions are made by the court. The reason is your evidence + linguistic expertise will most likely be required to compare texts. These are all costs. Will you get your money back is the big question.

only a notary
, alas, they are usually one-by-one, look for options on how to reduce the price

then I could write a claim to the site owner and hoster.

What's stopping you from making a claim? The hoster can send some pooh :)
You read the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, chapter 70 - and many questions will disappear, by God. Because you write by God, nonsense. Copyright cannot be "issued" - it appears immediately after the completion of writing the text, drawing a picture, cutting a pattern out of plywood ... and is not alienated in any way . Even death.
There are property copyrights - they are usually transferred by contracts.
JFYI: Going to court costs money. And perhaps an examination will be needed - and it also costs money. Is the game worth the candle?

I agree that you can first place texts in the Blogger at https://blogger.com / blogspot.com → there you can verify the blog in the Search Console, send Googlebot for indexing → the texts will already be indexed and accepted into the automatic system and search results.
You can place texts or a link to them by cross-posting in networks, then indexing, optimization and ranking will give out your unique text in the best way.
Anyone who wants to slam will get nothing.
