Is it possible to register a domain if it already exists in another zone and belongs to the LLC of the same name?

Good afternoon!
I ran into a problem, you need to register a domain name for a project in the zone, for example, example. org , but this domain is already in use in the example zone. pro and belongs to Example LLC, which was registered, of course, earlier. I checked the presence of a trademark - it is not registered in the Russian Federation. I read a bunch of sites and forums, there are no definite answers. Tell me, who knows what the registration of such a domain and, later, an LLC can threaten? What problems can occur and how can they be avoided?

Not only is it possible, but it is done all the time.
If another domain is owned by a large rich firm and it considers that you are interfering with its business, it will try to sue and most likely sue. If an office comparable to yours - well, it can sue, but it's not a fact that something will turn out.
