Is posting links to illegal content against the law?

Am I violating copyright if I post external links to illegal content on my site?
Example:
I have a "Movies" section on my site. In it, I publish reviews of films related to the subject of my site. If, in addition to the review, I post links to resources where you can watch the movie for free (in fact, illegal content), will I violate the law / copyright in any way? Is this "behavior" acceptable for a well-known site?

@satask

It is not until you are noticed. An example is any torrent tracker that does not actually distribute illegal content, but stores links. There are enough court cases with real terms (The Piratebay, Demonoid).

should be clarified here). link to the movie is one thing. a link to a movie promoting all sorts of kaku... possibly on a banned list... possibly out of the ordinary... that's completely different.
