What is the best payment processing gateway to use?

You need a gateway to accept payments.
Now I use 2checkout.com, but they have revised something and it seems they want to block my account after 4 years of use. And the business model has not changed all this time. See new people, new exploits.
Criteria that are important

1. accepting payments via paypal, without my paypal account
   
2. accepting payments via credit cards
   
3. payout to payoneer, or other similar method.
   
4. possibility of integration and processing of payments in automatic mode
   
5. reliability
   
6. sane commission
   
7. support for a large number of different types of payments is +
   
8. built-in ability to make affiliates is +
   

The service is engaged in sales globally around the world. Support for CIS-specific payment methods is not particularly interesting and I don’t really want to contact gateways in which the CIS field is a priority either.
