What to do if paypal has blocked an account and requires confirmation of invoices for payment?

In addition to confirmation in the question, they require a description of payments that came from abroad in dollars.
How to get out of the situation if I work as a freelancer and, of course, there are no bills for payment and

"copies of sales receipts, itemized lists of goods sold and original mortgages"
not in nature?
Specify additional information about payments
What is better to write here so that the account is not blocked? Just write honestly what they sent you for, or brazenly lie that these are gifts from a rich grandfather?

The issue suddenly resolved itself. I got a call from those. support and asked to answer a few questions:
1. Did I receive payments
2. What did they come
for? Answered all questions honestly. He also said that since I am a freelancer, I do not have the requested papers. The support girl said it was good that I reported it, that she would bookmark it on my "case" and that they would do their best to resolve my issue quickly. Literally an hour later, or maybe earlier, my account was unblocked. True, the following message fell on the mail:

Hello Shirobok Pavel!
Our review is complete and we have restored your account.
Thank you for using PayPal to receive
funds. Our pricing structure is designed to allow you to receive
funds from friends and family as personal payments
(funded from your PayPal account balance) for free. If the payment
is made using a bank card, a fee may be charged for this
, but the sender of a personal payment can pay a fee (if he
wants to). Personal payments are used to send gifts, share
lunch bills, pay your share of living expenses, and
daily exchange of funds between family members and friends.
PayPal merchants who receive cash as payment
for a purchase still incur fees.
We have identified that some of your customers are sending personal payments for
purchases of goods or services. Unfortunately, this violates our rules. To
remedy the situation, we need your help. Don't ask
or allow shoppers to use personal payments to pay for purchases.
If we continue to see this situation, we may
disable the in-person payments feature. You will then
be charged a fee on all funds received through
PayPal.

I don’t quite understand what exactly to do with this now, ignore it and run into another blocking and commissions, or agree with customers on a direct transfer to a bank account. "But that's a completely different story" ©

To lie, if everything is official, then you have papers that you have paid taxes and it makes no sense for you to lie, but you definitely filed a declaration and paid 18 percent to the tax yourself, right?
