PayPal, individuals, taxes. What to do?

I'm going to start selling homemade goods, mainly abroad. The volumes are planned to be small (much less than $1k per month). I want to accept payment through paypal, but I don't know what to do. With all these new laws like 54-FZ, which oblige online stores to have a cash register, I’m starting to think more and more about not starting an individual entrepreneur. There are several questions from this.
1. Is it possible to somehow sell through PayPal as an individual, with a non-corporate account, paying a 13% tax, and at the same time be clean before the law, the tax office and the agreement with PayPal?
2. What will happen if you don’t bother with all this, and just receive money on paypal and withdraw it to your account periodically?
3. I heard somewhere that Paypal sometimes demands to show them 3-personal income tax. Has anyone encountered such cases?
4. It seems that somewhere it is written that a personal account in PayPal cannot be used for commercial purposes. And why then is there even an opportunity to issue invoices and receive payment for goods?

regular activity (regular sales) implies that you are required to start an individual entrepreneur or LLC.
Online cash registers are nonsense. it's called scary. but the most banal thing.
in fact - rests only on your sales volumes.
if you sell one nishtyak worth 1,000 rubles once a month, then this is not a regular activity.
if you sell daily in the amount of 50,000 rubles, then your income should a priori be such that you would be much more comfortable paying taxes and sleeping more peacefully.

Hello, maybe look for an alternative in skrille.

2.1. Types of Accounts
PayPal provides two different types of Accounts: Personal Accounts and Corporate Accounts. A user cannot own multiple accounts. By opening a Corporate Account and accepting the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, You confirm that the Account created will not be used for personal, family or household purposes, and You also confirm that You are not acting on behalf of an unnamed beneficiary. Only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are entitled to open Corporate Accounts. By opening a Personal Account and accepting the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, You acknowledge that You are not acting on behalf of an unnamed principal, third party beneficiary or beneficial owner.
