How do I charge interest on PayPal transactions?

There is a site where one user sells information, another user buys it. Question - how can I take a certain percentage of transactions. As a payment aggregator I will use PayPal.

You receive the entire amount from the buyer, take your percentage from it, and send the rest to the seller.
