PayPal is now in Russia. The question arose - does anyone already know how this can be used in order to receive money from abroad (with subsequent withdrawal to the card)?
For example, before an individual entrepreneur had to communicate with the bank's currency control about transfers. Can I use PayPal instead of a bank? Register a business account, accept money on PayPal, withdraw to an individual's card. And how will things go with the tax in the future?

Here is a discussion on rsdn . In general, it seems that now it will be possible to do without VK, but the commissions are somehow very huge. So it's up to everyone to decide how best to be.
