What is the best mini laptop?

Hello everybody. Advise me a good mini-laptop for study, work and so that 1080p youtube videos do not lag. There are a lot of laptops and I don’t know which one to choose so as not to be disappointed.

It's also not clear what the job is.
In general, two things must be taken into account when choosing laptops:
- activity (not just "for work" - but a specific set of software and scope of work)
- budget

I have an Irbis NB600. FullHD (1080p) in YouTube loses without brakes. But. The RAM is only 3GB and the CPU is quite weak. Almost constantly loaded with both.
This is an ultrabook. It is very thin and light.
From your price category, look from
the same manufacturer or look for a used one.
