How to make a laptop load a flash drive with Linux?

Hello, I've run into this problem. I had windows 10, but I need to install ubuntu, but the flash drive does not load from the boot menu with the security boot enabled, but even when it is off, it writes security boot desible at the top left. How to solve this problem?

Disable Secure Boot in BIOS, then Legacy USB will appear - set Enable.
