Good backpack for a 17" laptop?

I know there are a few similar threads on here, but I couldn't find what I needed.
Tell me a good backpack for a 17.3 "laptop. Dimensions: 42x27.6x3. I want a waterproof one, quite roomy, and comfortable. To have a separate compartment for the laptop, a place for the armpits / charging / wires. It is also desirable to have a compartment for A4 papers. For the price - up to I really like the Dakine - the ones with specs up to 15" - but it's hard to know which ones will fit a large laptop. If anyone has a Dakine Network, can you tell me if such a laptop will fit? Those Dakines with 17" specs don't like them.

Any, they are all partially "waterproof", if you do not dive into the water with it, all other criteria apply to the "any" category, the size of the laptop is usually indicated in the size of the backpack, you can make + 1 inch if taken via the Internet (just in case)
