How good is a laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H?

On the Internet, I came across a Lenovo 5 laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H (Everything was sold out with Intel and they are nowhere to be found, they are also 20-30k more expensive)

Ryzen 7 5800H is a good percentage, 3k parrots in a single thread , but remember that this is a mobile device and it will be more aggressive throttling
